To promote safe use, please read all accompanying instructions for all products thoroughly before use.

When requesting insurance or Medicare or Medicaid, please fax a physican's prescription to 574-522-5762. This may cause a minor delay in our delivery schedule however, it may be beneficial for your order to proceed through insurance.

Our store accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as, money orders. We also work with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies.

If you have special questions about ordering, please give us a call on our toll free number. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.

We are not responsible for items that may be out of inventory or discontinued by the manufacturer. However, in case of delay, we will notify you when to expect shipment. If the item ordered is not available, we will notify you of an equal substitute so that you can accept or reject your order.

Shipping
Shipping and handling are applicable to all items unless specifically indicated otherwise. Although we will always attempt to arrange for delivery within 7 business days, some items may take longer.

Return Policy
All sales are final unless the item is excluded under the return policy rules. Please read the manufacturer's warranty documentation, if available, when your item arrives. Also, check item immediately for shipping damage upon item's arrival and please use Linray Home Medical Supplies toll free number when returns are necessary.

Linray Home Medical Supplies of Elkhart will be known in the following documentation as Linray Home Medical Supplies.

The Customer must call Linray Home Medical Supplies in order to receive a return authorization number that is sent by the Customer with the return.

Please be aware of a NO RETURN policy for wearable items such as braces, compression or diabetic stockings or bed covering of any kind.

The shipping company must be notified of any type of shipping discrepancy within 48 hours.

All products, excluding special orders and those listed above, purchased by Customer may be returned to receive credit payment providing the product is returned not opened and not damaged by Customer and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

There will be a 15% restocking charge that will be subtracted from any customer credit unless the product qualifies for manufacturer's warranty.

Customer returns that are damaged and do not qualify for manufacturer's warranty or not in the unopened original packaging will not be granted credit by Linray Home Medical Supplies.

Any dispute which arises between Linray Home Medical Supplies and Customer must be settled within the State boundaries of Indiana and is the responsibility of the Customer to reimburse Linray Home Medical Supplies for any and all expenses in regards to all legal actions.
